The project was developed by the Italian studio Christian Grande, renowned for its meticulous attention to detail and the use of high-quality raw materials across various disciplines, including architecture, yacht design, and industrial design. Projects linked to premium hospitality hold a special prominence in the studio’s portfolio.

The architects have created a layered building, where a light-colored frame lends a distinctive vibrancy to the external elevations under the sunlight. Meanwhile, the recesses and the inner courtyard, painted in blue, capture the shade and cool air essential in these environments. Carefully designed openings frame spectacular views of the landscape from unique vantage points.
