The modern apartment can be used for your own stay in Cape Verde and can be rented out in your absence on any of the booking engines such as Booking.com, Airbnb, TripAdvisor and others. Given its location in the capital city of Praia, the value of the apartment will only increase and renting it out will provide you with a passive income. There is no risk of European inflation in Cape Verde.

The payment of the apartment price takes into account the construction phase of the apartment house and allows you to spread the financial expenses over time. The payment schedule is as follows

a) Deposit of 20% (twenty percent) of the purchase price of the apartment within five days of signing the deed of sale.

b) A deposit of 30% (thirty percent) of the value of the purchase price of the apartment upon completion of the first phase of construction, as specified in the contract;

c) A deposit of 20% (twenty percent) of the value of the purchase price of the apartment upon completion of phase 2 as specified in the contract.

d) A deposit of 20% (twenty percent) of the purchase price of the apartment upon notification of the completion of the construction as specified in the Contract.

e) An additional payment of 10% (ten percent) of the value of the purchase price of the apartment to be paid upon signing of the proposal for registration of the ownership of the new owner in the Land Registry, registration in the Registry of the Ministry of Justice and handing over of the keys.
